Karly Segal is a team builder who thrives on creating something from nothing. A career in healthcare IT, patient engagement, and public health led her to Bluetree Network, an Epic EHR and healthcare strategy and service firm with 400 employees spanning 40 states. She currently serves as SVP of Talent & Operations, where she leads her team in supporting the rest of the organization to do their best work. She has been called a “people scientist” who ensures the right people are working on the right things and teams are in lockstep together. Most recently this culminated in Karly leading integration efforts across multiple organizations coming together to make an even greater impact in the healthcare space.

Karly gets extra energy from connecting the best people with one another, seeing the crest of results after a hard slog, and working alongside colleagues who prioritize authenticity, balance, caring, and directness. She spends her time in Denver, CO and the Northwoods of Wisconsin, with most free time spent chasing around a toddler and reviving previous hobbies and interests now that the infant days are in the past.
