Jacqualine Price Osafo, MBA, CAE is the vice president of membership for a nonprofit. She has extensive experience in membership, educational design, volunteer management, strategic planning and sponsorship. She has served leadership capacities, such as liaison to the board of directors, committees and task forces, and special interest groups. Some of her accomplishments include: changing the membership model and benefits for the first time in the history of the Water Quality Association (WQA), developing and implementing the first engagement strategies for top tiered members, and developed and deployed the first Business Operations Education program. While working for the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), she transitioned the Society from an association management company to a stand-alone, increased membership by 97%, lead diversity and inclusion initiatives for underrepresented population, and developed and delivered educational programs to more than 15 countries.

Jackie previously served as chair of the Membership Committee and Forum Forward for Association Forum. She is currently a member of the CAE Commission for the American Society for Association Executives (ASAE). Lastly, Jackie has presented more than thirty industry related topics to the association community.
